Your role
As (Senior) Planning & Buying Manager you are the interface between media planning, publisher networks and our campaigns. You co-own programmatic campaign planning and drive the development of new, market-ready data and advertising products. With your experience you act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and as a strong negotiation partner towards publishers and sales houses.
Your tasks

Strategic media planning
You design and own tailor-made digital media plans with a clear focus on programmatic advertising and data-based audience strategies.

Innovative product development
You actively drive the conception, validation and market launch of new programmatic products and tailor-made data solutions for TPPC.

Publisher & deal management
You negotiate at eye level with sales houses and publishers and set up complex deal structures (PMP / PG).

Campaign booking & steering
You book digital campaigns with sales houses and take over the setup, monitoring, troubleshooting and data-driven optimisation of programmatic campaigns.

Your profile
- A successfully completed degree (media / business / marketing) or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in digital media planning and/or programmatic advertising, ideally on the agency side.
- Strong enthusiasm for digital trends, data and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- A structured, analytical and self-driven way of working with a good sense for numbers.
- Strong communication skills for working with partners and publishers, paired with team spirit and a hands-on mentality.
- Confident handling of common office tools (especially Excel) and ideally first touchpoints with tools from the Google ecosystem (e.g. DV360).
- Language skills: confident communication in both German and English.
